Client was granted a restricted license. He is expected to remain in counseling. If he ceases counseling, he will need to attend group therapy or support groups.
Client’s license was revoked in September 2010. He has 3 DUI convictions.
He also has a careless driving conviction that involved being high on marijuana. He used opiates and benzodiazepines as well. He has been clean and sober since 2011. He does not attend AA but is in counseling.
