We consider ourselves a “recovery-based” practice. Beyond university and law school, Jeff also undertook a formal, post-graduate program of addiction studies. Our firm has an unsurpassed understanding of the development, diagnosis, treatment of and recovery from alcohol and drug problems.
This is, of course, beneficial to someone who may need help in determining if he or she has a problem, or getting some kind of help if that’s no longer in question.
In driver’s license restoration cases, it means that we genuinely understand that people get sober and recover in different ways. For example, some people do AA for a while and then move on. Others come to love AA and find a home there. Still, others find that it simply is not helpful for them.
We know that everyone’s recovery is different.
Given that proving one’s sobriety is the key to winning a license appeal, our unrivaled knowledge and experience allows us to do just that in every case we take.
However – and this is VERY important – that same knowledge is also helpful to protect anyone facing a DUI and who does not have a problem with alcohol from being perceived as being a troublesome or risky drinker.
Without a doubt, one of the biggest risks in a DUI case is being required to complete some kind of counseling or community-based program, like AA, when it’s NOT necessary. The last thing anyone should have to do is spend their time and money getting help he or she doesn’t need.

DRIVER’S LICENSE RESTORATION
Nobody handles more driver’s license restoration and out-of-state clearance appeal cases than us. We are as invested as our clients in winning the first time around. Our win guarantee means that if an appeal is denied for any reason not attributable to the client, then we’ll stick with the case at the Secretary of State level until he or she does win.
At a minimum, that means double the work for half the pay. That’s not something we’re NOT interested in doing, so we make sure to get it right the first time around. When a client hires us for a license appeal, there is no risk, and no question like “what are my chances?”

We make things easy and convenient. All of our consultations are done over the phone, right when you call. All appointments can be done either in-person or virtually, over video. We even offer telephone-only appointments.
