Client’s license revocation was reinstated March 2014.

He was originally revoked after his 2nd DUI in 2009. He was granted a restricted license in 2012, but lost it due to multiple alcohol readings on the ignition interlock device. He admitted that he relapsed sometime in 2013. He only used marijuana occasionally in college. He has been completely clean and sober since March 2014. This case was fairly close as the Hearing Officer had some concern over Client’s credibility.
