Client’s license was revoked in August 2008. He has 5 alcohol-related driving convictions.

Client has been sober since 2014. His appeal was originally denied following his hearing in November 2017. However, there was a clear error in the order, the hearing officer referenced a drug crime which did not exist. Because of this error Client appealed the decision in Circuit Court and won the right to have a new hearing.
