Client was sentenced to 365 days in jail, but will be released in 210 days when he completes Fast Track 1 and 2. After that he will be released to a 90 day inpatient program. Keeping him out of prison was a significant win.
Client was charged as OWI – 3rd offense in Macomb County.
This was his 9th drinking and driving offense. He was involved in a car accident that totaled his vehicle and the other vehicle.
