  • $4,650 total divided into three (3) payments of $1,550

Ignition Interlock Violations:

  • Prior Client $1,300
  • New Client $1,400

Drunk Driving:

  • First (1st) Offense DUI: From $4,200
  • High BAC charge: From $4,800
  • Second (2nd) Offense DUI: From $5,400
  • Third (3rd) Offense (Felony) DUI: From $8000

Implied Consent Driver’s License Appeal:

  • From $2600 plus court filing fee

Misdemeanor Cases:

  • Driving While License Suspended/Revoked: From $1,600
  • Indecent Exposure: From $3200
  • Embezzlement: From $3,200
  • Probation Violation: From $1,600 (additional fees for multiple appearances or hearing with witnesses)
  • All Other Misdemeanor Cases: From $1,600
  • Misdemeanor Traffic Violations (excluding DUI charges): From $1,600
  • Domestic Violence: From $3,200
  • Expungements: From $2,800

Felony Cases:

  • Offenses punishable by 4 or more years: From $8,000 (habitual from $12,000)
  • Circuit CourtProbation Violations: From $1,800 (additional Fees for multiple appearances or hearing with witness(es))
  • Circuit Court Felony Expungements From $4000

Civil Infractions:

  • From $500

  • Additional Fees required for extra services, including (but not limited to) Deviation Requests, Motions, Sentencing Memorandums, and Sobriety Court Admissions/Transfers, Stipulated Orders, as well as any written correspondence or verbal requests made to court, including (but not limited to) those seeking EarlyTermination, Testing Changes, Travel, or anything else sought by client.
  • Please note that if there is more than one charge in a criminal case, additional fees may be required.
  • The “From” language means that the fees may be higher in some cases, depending on factors such as the charge(s), complexity of the case, or location and/or procedure(s) of the specific court. What can take an hour in one court can take and entire morning or afternoon in another.
  • 1/2 down is required in DUI and felony cases, and remainder due within 30 days OR before the conclusion of the case, whichever is earlier.
  • Most misdemeanor cases (except DUI cases) require full payment up front.
