Client’s restricted license was reinstated.
Client revocation was reinstated due to a tamper/circumvent violation.
His ignition interlock device showed power loss on 9/13/2018 and 10/13/2018. He has been sober since June 2015. He returned home from work shortly before the power loss and parked the car for the evening. The next day the car started no problem. Because he did not know there was a power loss, he did not get a PBT or EtG test.
