Client pled as charged but was only sentenced to fines and costs. This was a successful resolution because we were able to keep the prosecutor from amending the charge to a 2nd offense OWI.
Client was charged with a zero tolerance violation in an Oakland County district court – he was under 21 and had a BAC above .02 but below .08.
He was already on probation for a DUI in another court.
