The DWLS was dismissed and client pled guilty to allowing an unlicensed driver to drive. This offense does not report to his driving record and will not trigger an additional mandatory revocation.
Client was charged with driving while license suspended in an Oakland County District Court.
His license is revoked for drinking and driving offenses so he needs to appeal to the Secretary of State in order for his license to be reinstated. If he has a DWLS conviction he will face an additional mandatory revocation period.
