Client’s license has been revoked since May 1993.
He has three or four drinking and driving offenses (there was some confusion between his Michigan and Indiana driving record). He was also convicted of involuntary manslaughter in a vehicle (no alcohol or drugs were involved). He lives out of state and has no intentions of returning to Michigan. He has been clean and sober since 2014.
