The original charge was dismissed. Client pled guilty to an added county of operating while visibly impaired. Client was sentenced to 18 months of probation, the judge did tell him that if he has no issues on probation he could motion of the court to be released at 12 months.
Client was charged with operating while intoxicated with a high BAC in an Oakland County district court.
