We turned the client in on the bench warrant and pled guilty to the probation violation. Client was able to pay his past due fines and costs. The judge closed the case and kept the client’s HYTA status.
Client was facing a probation violation from 2017.
While on probation to Macomb County Circuit Court he was arrested from operating while intoxicated. He was violated on the felony probation for the new criminal charge. He never appeared at court, so he had an additional violation of absconding. He did successfully complete the probation on the OWI offense and had no new criminal charges.
