Client’s license was revoked in 2012.

She has 3 DUI convictions. She has been sober since 2013. She had previously been granted a restricted license in 2004 after her first 2 DUI convictions. She had the ignition interlock device installed on a vehicle for 18 months and had multiple alcohol readings during that time period. She lost her restricted license due to those alcohol readings. At this hearing she was honest with the hearing officer and admitted that she started drinking again 6 months after the 2004 hearing.
